Effective learning requires the learner to be in the driver’s seat. I love to create and facilitate training that engages participants fully and allows them to be actively experiencing “aha’s”.

My training falls into three basic types:

1. Delivering established curricula, through public courses or tailored in house versions.

2. Leadership Learning Processes

These tailored learning sessions bring together teams or other groups who want to gain mastery and deepen knowledge and skill by exploring topics together. I provide learning content and activities and facilitate the group and group members to achieve their learning goals.

3. Developing Customized Training Curricula and Designs.

I bring my skills in designing learning experiences and curricula to meet your needs for a tailored workshop or training.
